Appeal a regulated marketing decision
A regulated marketing appeal is a formal process where the B.C. Farm Industry Review Board (BCFIRB) reviews a regulated marketing board or commission’s decision, order, or determination.
You may be able to appeal if you believe the decision was unfair, inconsistent, or did not follow the rules set out in the Natural Products Marketing (BC) Act or the relevant scheme.
Appeals must be filed within 30 calendar days of the board or commission’s final decision.
If your appeal is accepted, you will be invited to attend a tribunal hearing to present your case.
