The B.C. Farm Industry Review Board (BCFIRB) is an administrative tribunal that hears complaints and appeals about farm practices, animal custody and regulated marketing decisions. BCFIRB also supervises the regulated marketing system in B.C.’s agricultural sector.

If activities from a nearby farm business are affecting you or your property, you can file a complaint with BCFIRB.

Appeal an animal custody decision
If the B.C. Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals has seized your animals, you may appeal custody or cost decisions to BCFIRB.

Appeal a regulated marketing decision
If you disagree with a decision from a B.C. regulated marketing board or commission, you may be able to appeal.
