Decision: Interim BCCMB pricing formula amendment prior approval period A-180
This is BCFIRB’s decision on the BCCMB’s November 18, 2022, request to extend the A-179 interim pricing formula (the 50% guardrail provision). BCFIRB approves the 50% guardrail provision for period A-180 only, but re-instates its adjustment for Ontario grower margins.
