Decision: Cross v. British Columbia Broiler Hatching Egg Commission
Appeal of BCBHEC’s enforcement decision to suspend licenses. The appellants contested the evidence of non-compliance, the suspension of Royal Feather’s license without warning, the proportionality of the enforcement measure, and the BCBHEC’s consideration of subsection 27(6) before suspending licenses. The decision was related to the Consolidated Order’s section 27 on broiler hatching eggs.
