Judicial reviews

If someone disagrees with a BCFIRB decision, they can ask the B.C. Supreme Court to review it. This is called a judicial review.

You can search for judicial review decisions on the B.C. Supreme Court website. The search only shows completed reviews, not ones that are still ongoing.

In the keywords box, use:

  • “BCFIRB” for decisions after 2003
  • “BC Marketing Board” for decisions before 2003
