Judicial reviews

If someone disagrees with a BCFIRB decision, they can ask the B.C. Supreme Court to review it. This is called a judicial review.

You can search for judicial review decisions on the B.C. Supreme Court website. The search only shows completed reviews, not ones that are still ongoing.
